The challenge
The festival had one week, six venues and no budget for a different campaign at each one.
The approach
I designed a grid-based poster system where one colour and one shape change per day, so every venue printed its own posters from templates.
The outcome
Over 200 posters went up across the city, all made by the venues themselves.
