The challenge
Runners missed their pace because the old app needed them to read small numbers mid-stride.
The approach
We moved feedback to haptics and colour, designed glanceable screens for three watch sizes and tested on real runs.
The outcome
Runners hit their target pace more often, and the app was featured in the watch store.
